Jessica Hoffman Nickell, CSP.
Jessica has been with the team as a fully licensed real estate agent and Dennis Schick’s management assistant for several years. She is excited to be selling and listing homes as part of the team in addition to managing and maintaining the “office functionality”. This includes facilitating and tracking transactions, the upkeep of documents and files for clients, property searches for prospective buyers, maintaining our properties in the MLS, creating new listings, advertising for properties, accounting, maintaining client communication, and whatever is needed. Jessica is a graduate of Fort Collins High School and has a marketing degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She has lived in northern Colorado since the age of 7 and currently lives in Greeley with her husband Casey, son and daughter, and their 2 dogs!
Danielle Barela
Danielle has been licensed and working in the real estate industry since 2011. She has a passion for real estate, and helps out the team wherever needed. This includes delivering paperwork and marketing materials, helping add and maintain our properties in the MLS, and property searches for prospective buyers. Danielle is a Fort Collins native, graduate of Rocky Mountain High School, and has an Interior Design degree from Front Range Community College. She recently got married and lives in Windsor with her husband and their dog, Molly.
